The fighting end is two-bladed. The handle is formed by two wooden sidepieces, fastened to the shank by two rivets. The steel head of the handle has a T-slot and a spring clip with an internal spiral spring arrangement. The cross is straight, with a barrel ring on the blade side of the shoe.
